Change template

Change template allows you to regenerate your document using a different templat, or start fresh with your current template. This gives you flexibility to try different document structures and formats.

What is a template?

Templates are pre-built document structures that tell Voxxy how to organise your meeting content. They ensure that your documents have the correct sections, headings, and formatting needed for your specific requirements, allowing you to generate professional documents instantly after any meeting.

Template types

• Standard - Generic example templates available to all Voxxy users
• Custom - Bespoke templates created specifically for your organisation

How to use templates

1. Click the change template button in the top right corner of the editor
2. A dialog will open showing all of the templates available
3. Each template will display:
   • The template name
   • The template description
   • The template type ("Standard" or "Custom")
   • The current template will be marked with the "Current" tag
4. Choose what you want to do:
   • "Start again" button - Regenerate using the same template
   • "Regenerate" button - Generate using a different template
