Learn how to regenerate your document using different templates
Change template allows you to regenerate your document using a different template or start fresh with your current template. This gives you flexibility to try different document structures and formats.
What is a template?
Templates are pre-built document structures that tell Voxxy how to organise your meeting content. They ensure your documents have the correct sections, headings, and formatting needed for your specific requirements, allowing you to generate professional documents instantly after any meeting.
Template types
- Standard templates - Standard, generic templates available to all Voxxy users
- Custom templates - Bespoke templates created specifically for your organisation
How to use
- Click the "Change template" button in the top right corner of the editor
- A dialog will open showing all of the templates available
- Each template will display:
- Template name
- Template description
- Template type ("Standard" or "Custom")
- Current template will be marked with the "Current" tag
- Choose what you want to do:
- "Start again" button - Regenerate using the same template
- "Regenerate" button - Generate using a different template
'Start again' and 'Regenerate' will create a new version of your document. The new version becomes the current version, and your previous version is available in version history.
