Introduction
Learn about recordings in Voxxy and how they link to transcripts and documents
Recordings are the foundation of everything you do in Voxxy. A recording is essentially an audio file - either one you've recorded live through Voxxy, or an existing audio file that you've uploaded.
Initial workflow
Once you've uploaded your audio file, Voxxy will automatically:
- Generate a transcript - Voxxy will produce a transcript with automatic speaker name identification
- Generate a document - Voxxy will produce a professional document based on what was discussed in the meeting
Working with your recording
After the initial generation process is complete, you can:
- Edit your document - Make manual changes to the generated document in the rich text editor
- Transform your document - Use Voxxy's to edit or enhance your document with simple instructions
- Play back the audio - Listen to the original audio file while viewing the transcript
- View and edit the transcript - Edit speaker names or text for segments in the transcript
- Generate new documents - Use a different template to regenerate the document
- Export your work - Copy to clipboard and paste into Word, Google Docs, or any other application
