Learn how to edit your documents using the rich text editor

The document editor is where you make changes to your generated documents. Voxxy uses a rich text editor that is simple but powerful. It has similar features to other editors you may have used, like: Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

The editor provides all the essential tools you need to create professional, structured documents:

Text type

  • Text - Standard paragraph text
  • H1 - Main headings for primary sections
  • H2 - Sub headings for secondary sections
  • H3 - Minor headings for detailed subsections

  • Bold - Make text stand out with bold
  • Italic - Add emphasis to text with italic

Lists

  • Bullet List - Create unordered lists with bullet points
  • Ordered List - Create ordered lists with numbered items

Tables

  • Tables - Organise data in rows and columns

When you click inside of a table, additional buttons appear to add or delete columns and rows, or delete the entire table.

Saving your work

Voxxy automatically saves changes made inside of the editor every few seconds. However, you can click the save button in the toolbar to save your changes immediately.
