Transform

Transform allows you to give Voxxy simple instructions to modify, restructure, or enhance your document. This powerful feature uses AI to make changes based on your specific requirements - from small adjustments to major restructuring.

How to use

1. Click the "Transform" button in the top right corner of the editor
2. A dialog will open with a text field
3. Describe the changes you want to make
4. Click the "Transform" button and Voxxy will transform your document

Good examples

Bulk changes:

• "Replace all names with job titles to anonymise speakers in this document"
• "Rename Jane Doe to Project Manager throughout the document"

Tone and style:

• "Make the tone more professional and reduce unnecessary detail"
• "Rewrite this in a more casual, conversational style"

Restructuring:

• "Convert the attendees list into a table with Name and Role columns"
• "Restructure this into 3 clear sections only, with headings for Decisions, Actions, and Next Steps"

Specific sections:

• "In the Discussion section, convert the first paragraph into a bullet list"
• "Add a brief summary paragraph at the beginning of the document"
• "Remove the last two sections about recruitment and budget"

Poor examples

Too vague:

• "Make it better"
• "Fix this"

Too ambiguous:

• "Change the style"
• "Add more information"

Transformation process

When you ask Voxxy to transform your document:

1. Voxxy will create a new document version
2. This new version becomes your current document
3. The transformed document loads in the editor

If you're not happy with the results:

• You can use version history to restore a previous version →
• Edit your document manually using the editor to make further adjustments
• Try againw ith a new transform with differentinstructions
